美国FDA再次认可糖精作为食品添加剂
　　12月24日美国FDA发布通报，再次认可糖精作为食品添加剂。
   
据报道，自发布批准糖精的终期条例以来，美FDA收到了部分反对意见。然而对这些反对意见进行评审后发现，这些意见缺少更改或者撤回终期条例的基础。
    因此美国FDA再次重申糖精（Advantame）可以作为非营养性甜味剂，用于食品（不包括肉、禽产品）。

    The Food and Drug Administration （FDA or we） is responding to objections
we received on the final rule that amended the food additive regulations to
provide for the safe use of advantame as a non-nutritive sweetener and flavor
enhancer in foods generally, except in meat and poultry. After reviewing the
objections to the final rule, we have concluded that they do not provide a basis
for modifying or revoking the regulation. We are also confirming the effective
date of May 21, 2014, for the final rule.
