巴西对涉华无取向硅钢作出第一次反倾销日落复审终裁
2019年7月15日，巴西经济部发布2019年7月12日第495号公告，对原产于中国大陆、台湾地区和韩国的进口无取向硅钢（葡语：laminados planos de a?o aosilício, denominados magnéticos, de gr?os n?o orientados (a?o GNO)）作出第一次反倾销日落复审肯定性终裁，决定继续对涉案产品征收为期5年的反倾销税：中国大陆为90.00~166.32美元/吨，韩国为132.50 ~166.32美元/吨，台湾地区为90.00~166.32美元/吨，决定自公告发布之日起生效。具体措施详见下表。涉案产品的南共市税号为7225.19.00和7226.19.00。
2012年4月19日，巴西对原产于中国大陆、台湾地区和韩国的进口无取向硅钢启动反倾销立案调查。2013年7月17日，巴西调查机关发布第49号决议，开始对中国大陆、台湾地区和韩国涉案产品征收为期5年的反倾销税。2018年7月16日，巴西对中国大陆、台湾地区和韩国涉案产品启动第一次反倾销日落复审立案调查。
